Verizon Minutes Used Firefox Extension Version 0.2

Version 0.2 is published, with the following bug fixes:

  • Fixed displaying minutes/messages over 1000 (parsing the comma in the number)

  • Fixed TypeError: win.gVerizonMinutesUsed when accessing this extension's option from firefox's tools->extension menu. (A workaround: you can simply right click on the status bar area (with the verizon logo) and choose option there. it should work and allow you to input your user name and password. )

Same as him......I would love for this to work. I keep getting the message asking if the number in the options is correct.

I'm having issues getting this working myself. It apparently does log in to my account because I can right click the menu and go to the billing page without having to log in, but the mins dont get displayed on the tool bar. It just says "Loading Verizon min....." indefinately and the mouse over says "failed to parse..."

I'm not a programmer but I would be more than happy to help you out in testing things with this.

It's an awesome concept and I really hope that we can get it to work :)

Same problem. Shows "Loading Verizon minutes used...", but never loads. I have two phone numbers, and have specified one for this extension to use, but still no luck.

shows "incorrect user name or password" error (I've checked several times--it's got to be correct)

mouseover message says "failed to parse minutes used"

I've got two phone lines. I have the same problem whether or not I enter in a phone number in the options menu.

I hope this eventually works--it's a fabulous idea.

I closed and reopened FireFox and got the same results as everyone else.

I guess the message wasn't refreshing or something....

Hope that helps.

i am working on the parsing error many of you have seen. it's either caused by verizon changing their web page source, or different account having different web page layout. stay tuned...
