Great work - I love it! Have you thought about doing one for Vonage (for those of us not on the unlimited plan)?

Excellent!

Works like a charm with family plan. Now I don't need to get a divorce over minutes.

;)

Thanks

keeps "loading" in red/alert even after reboots and complying with 10 digit number in options. No family plan, but 2 numbers.

Great Idea! ... but I can't get it to work either.
Keeps wanting me to check if my number is correct.

Yeah, also not working for me. I don't have family plan. If I enter the phone number, it complains it is not valid (it's valid, I checked.). If I don't enter the phone number it just says "Loading verizon minutes used" forever. Contact me at btm@templetons.com

Love the extension, but I am encountering a minor bug. "Weekend:" minutes is not showing the correct number of weekend minutes used, but instead the number of domestic txt messages received. Same for "'IN' Off-peak:", also showing number of txt messages received instead. Of course what's most important is the number of peak minutes used, and this is showing the correct information!

For everyone that is still having problems, it might be helpful if you post the zip code that your billing address is in. I'm thinking the Verizon layout changes between their "territories/regions". My ASSUMPTION is that everyone that has it working quite possibly lives in VA, MD, DE, NJ, and *EASTERN* PA..... if this is true, we may be on to something :)

Bob, you may have a point there.
My VZW account is located in metro NY.

Doesn't work in MT -- says my phone number doesn't exist but I've checked, cross-checked, and re-checked it several times. Would really like to be able to use this extension, as my small company has assigned me to monitor Verizon airtime.

Winston, I would be happy to provide you with any info to help resolve this issue, but the only means of providing you with my contact info is via this public forum; and clearly posting my e-mail address is not a wise move. Do you have any links to message you privately? (NY metro VZW)

phil,

contact me using this email address:
verizon at s94141699 dot onlinehome dot us

my suspicion is that for different segment of verizon users, you see different pages. the extension obviously is nothing but a web site screen scraper, not that intelligent at all.
