Thanks for getting an update out for 2.0 so quickly. This very month this extension tipped me off to extraordinary usage by my daughter and saved me over $300. I just made a donation - keep up the good work.

#1 I am on a mac & have loved using your extension helping to keep updated on usage. I upgraded my Firefox browser (V1.5.0.8 mac) this morning and now it isn't working. I then upgraded this extension to version 0.91 and still nothing. Please help...

This used to work,

now it says failed to parse the minutes used if i hover the mouse over it. it stays at checking usage. or at loading minutes used. moving to version 0.91 did not help this issue.

ideas?

additional note from the above problem.

If I log in to my verizon account manually and then hit check usage, it works, but if I log out or restart firefox, its back to failing to parse minutes...

i have reentered my password and name, but no joy there.

It looks like Verizon intentionally broke it. I'm having the same problem on my home and work computers.

I am using .91 and changed my password on the verizon site and changed it in the extension but it doesnt work now and says it failed to parse the minutes used. When i open the website with the browser and login to verizon, it then shows the minutes in the extension. Any clues? Thanks in advance

Verizon obviously changed something on their end (I believe their login page is different) causing this extension not to work. I guess we'll all just have to sit tight and wait for a fix.

i am the author. however i don't have a verizon account to test the plugin. sounds like it's not working for many of you. would someone contact me at this email address?
verizon at s94141699.onlinehome.us

i may need to borrow your account access temporally to figure out the problem.

Seems to be a login problem. As reported above, If you are already logged in, it works fine. If not logged in it fails.

I've tried installing both .91 and .84 . I have never had success with being able to view my family plan usage statistics. The plugin says "Checking Usage." When I roll over the plugin in says "Verizon site is currently unable to display your balance.

When I go to my Verizon billing page, the site reads "The System is currently unable to display your current balance. Please check back later." It has been like that for months. Perhaps this what is causing the problem. However under current usage, the minutes my family plan minutes are listed. I'd love to get this plugin to work. But I have no idea what the problem is.
