You can download the new version here .

This update fixed an issue with the latest verizon site layout. It doesn't seem to work for everyone. Please check back in a week for an update.

The update doesn't seem to be working. The auto update keeps reporting a new version.

Same Parse error here. I am configured as "East" Region, if it helps your debug process.

I upgraded to 0.980 from the blog page. It works. I'm using Firefox 2003.

Not working. I uninstalled 0.97 and installed 0.98 from the website. Restarted Firefox and clicked on Check Usage Now. I still says Loading Verizon minutes used.

I love the program, though! Thanks so much.

winston,
downgrade to .971 then attempting to upgrade on 2.0.0.3 saw the upgrade and installed it. however this did not fix the fail to parse issue

also tried on another machine with ff v1.06. this did see the update first time but the update did not work.

are there any settings that should be cleared and reentered?

those of you that it is working is your account a family plan or a single phone plan?

It worked for me. The update was detected (by the Update Notifier extension) - and works as it should (displaying my minutes) after being installed. Thanks again Winston!!

Add me to the rather short list of people for whom this update is working. Thanks, yet again, Winston.
If it makes any difference, I used 9.7.1 and then auto-updated to 9.8. I'm using FFv2.0.0.3, East region, family plan=no, no phone number (I am guessing that none of the other settings apply to the connectivity problem).

First, thank you Winston for all your work on the very useful extension!

However this version doesn't work for me either. I have a family plan. I tried various combinations of region: east/west, show family plan total usage: yes/no, verizon number: entered/not entered and they all result in "failed to parse the minutes used". firefox v2.0.0.3, updated from 0.971 to 0.98 by clicking on the .xpi.

Sounds like it works if you don't have a family plan and doesn't work if you do have a family plan.

I got it working. If it's still not working for you, try this:

1. right-click, choose "Options"
2. Click OK.
3. right-click, choose "Check Usage Now".

This worked for me on both my computers.

Not working and none of the tricks helped either including uninstalling and reinstalling. Always stuck on 'loading Verizon minutes used...' and 'check usage now' is no help.

Great product and wish I could help fix it.

It's working for me, and it was way cool that firefox prompted me for it when I opened my browser! Are you now all officially sanctioned by mozilla? If so, congrats! (Or if you were already and I just didn't know it, then pardon my ignorance.)

As always, a million thanks for this nifty tool!!!

Ive figured out that if you have a phone number entered it wont update correctly. If you have a family plan and you don't set the number I think it picks up the first number displayed. The family plan option doesn't change anything as far as the bug is concerned.

Great app, I love having a quick glance if I'm close to my minutes or not as I tend to go over quite often. Much appreciated work.

I'm in the "West" region, have only a single line and the minutes show up just fine. My browser is Firefox 2.0.0.3 running on Windows XP Professional. Hopefully, this will be of assistance in tracking down the problem for those who are experiencing it.

P.S. Your plugin is phenomenal! Too bad VZW doesn't endorse it.

Waaaah!!! Mine's not working either. It was working fine until it updated and now it won't. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled the older version- bueno por nada. I have a family share plan, no number displayed, Firefox 2.0.0.4 and am logged into my account online. I read all the comments and everyone seems to have worked it out. What am I doing wrong?

Using v0.98 on Firefox 2.0.0.4, mine never updates. Always shows "Loading Verizon minutes used...". It was working until just recently.

I have checked and verified account info and have tried increasing timeout but nothing seems to work. I even uninstalled/reinstalled the extension. No joy. Hopefully this will get fixed. This is a GREAT extension to have!

Thank you!

FWIW, forgot to include that I am using Family Plan as well. Also, my auto update hadn't worked since back in the v6x era.

Cheers,
Stretchr

How did you guys download 0.98 from this site? Every time I click the download link I get the error "file does not exist" (and it's referencing a file on www.freewebs.com).
