Winston, I have a question regarding Verizon's initial response to this. I built a similar stand-alone app and would love some advice. I couldn't find your contact info on here, so if you could get back to me at dustin.kerber(~a~)gmail.com, I would really appreciate it.

Hello.

I got a problem. I have 3 lines on my family plan. I have the option set to show family plan usage, but I put in my own phone number for the optional part. However, when I hover my mouse on the extension, it shows only the first number on the account, not the account I specified. Any thoughts??

Berg,

I believe that you choose either to show the family plan usage OR the individual line usage. It seems that whichever phone number has the lowest numerical value will be the number displayed if you select family usage, even if it is not the main account number. Try checking no to family plan and my guess is that the number that you have selected will be shown along with it's corresponding individual usage.

Hello! Just throwing out a suggestion for supporting multiple family shares packages on one account. It just seems to grab the one associated with the first number right now.

Thanks!
Zach

Winston,

Great work bro.

I have a small request if/when you could get around to it....

The ability to view minutes and sms/txt messages used too...

I know I can just mouse over it and add 'em up... but it would be nice to have it right there with the minutes used or something.

Keep up the great work!

Great addon, Winston. How about putting the projected minutes also in the status bar with the total minutes? One less reason to have to hover the mouse over the number. Thanks!

This extension was working great. In fact, I have been using my phone more wisely lately just because I keep track of the minutes used. However, it seems that verizon changed the webpage and it no longer works today :o(

This extension has stopped working for me too for the last several days. I'm getting the "failed to parse the minutes used" error message.

Is there a fix in sight?

They really messed it up. All of these cute visual changes!

I live for the predicted usage formula, especially on a month like this.

This the single most importan extension for FF.....thats my opinion

Man I'm so pissed! This worked so well and VZW broke it again!
They should totally buy this from you winston and offer it as a feature -I'd buy it!

Good luck getting it working again, I (and several other people obviously) really appreciate this handy extension.
